Over the Top was one of my favorite movies growing up. I loved the idea that a man whose opponent outweighed him by over 100 pounds could win at arm wrestling. I loved the idea that turning your hat around could be a switch to improve your concentration and performance.

Now as an adult viewing it I notice some major issues with the movie that I didn't not notice as a kid. One of the issues is that Lincoln Hawk is sometimes referred to as Lincoln Hawks or Hawks. But that's not anywhere near the biggest issue. No less than three times the announcer makes it clear that the tournament is a double elimination tournament. Meaning that you are still in the tournament if you've only lost once. Bull Hurley is shown getting to the finals without a loss. That means that when Lincoln beats him he technically should have had to beat him again to be the champion.

But none of that affects my ability to enjoy Over the Top now. It's got a great soundtrack by Kenny Loggins. Much like in Rocky III with Eye of the Tiger the main song of the movie is referenced in the dialogue when Lincoln tells his son that "the world meet's nobody halfway".

As for the shirt itself I really like the fit and material. The tee is a 50/50 cotton/poly blend with a relatively slim cut and smaller arm holes for those of us who don't have Bull Hurley type biceps. As you can see in the photo I've been lifting pretty heavy lately.

It’s definitely possible. We don’t collect customs and brokerage fees. For the countries that we ship to most often like Canada, UK, and Australia we’ve put together a guide of what to expect. If you are in a country other than those 3 we suggest using google to search for customs and brokerage information for your country.

What if I don’t like it? Maybe I was drinking really heavily when I bought it and now that I’m sobered up I realized it’s just not for me.
