I used customer service because when I went to check on my order, I must have done something wrong, or changed my mind...who knows...it was during a Christmas Shopping Frenzy and I hadn't ordered the tshirt. Anyway, I talked with a customer service rep and they were nice and very helpful, telling me when to expect my order if I placed it that day and helping to choose which meathod of shipping would be best for me. The product arrived within the expected time, was in great condition and was a lovely surprise for my son who is a huge Back to the Future fan, as am I. I hope he lets me borrow the tshirt from time to time! Thanks!

I am very happy with my purchase. My friends like it as well and I have even had positive comments from strangers the first time I wore it. I would love to see another BTTF shirt with 1.21 Jigwatts on the front and maybe 88 MPH on the back or the line "What the Hell is a Jigwatt". I bought this for my husband, and he LOVES it. It's not quite as soft as I'd hoped, but I'm sure over time and many washes, it'll turn into one of those "favorite" shirts I'd hoped to replace by purchasing this one :)

And honestly, if it was softer, it may not have held up like it has in the wash. So really, there's not much that can be improved. I loved the size, it was perfect, particularly the length. Most XL's run short and wide. My hub's a bit taller, so he needs more coverage.
