Great costume! Great quality! Probably could be used for a real Martial Arts gi. The costume from the headband to the MyogiDo Patch on the back was an exact replica from the movie. I would recommend this costume to anyone who wants to be "Danielson". The costume does run large, check the size charts on the website. I usually wear a large but I ordered an xl (only one in stock), however I washed and dried it and it fit fine, still a little large, but worked very well!

This costume could not be more legit. It is an actual gi with the exact Miyagi-Do Banzia logo on the back. It even comes with the white belt and the black belt. No one starts out as a black belt.

I bought the Karate Kid uniform on a lark, beacuse I really like the movie (1984 version) I was suprised to discover that it's a real functional martial arts uniform! I wore it to Taekwondo class the day I got it, and my students really liked it. I really love the patch on the back.

Bought this to stand outside and hand out candy in on Halloween. I love authentic costumes and this one is great because it's an actual good quality karate gi. The Miyagi Do tenegui headband is included along with both a black and white belt, which is a nice bonus. The embroidered logo on the back is nice too and looks authentic. I considered ordering the Cobra Kai Gi, but I liked this one because it will be easier to wear something underneath if it's cold on Halloween, since this gi has long sleeves.

I'm 6'3" (190.5 cm) and 260 lbs (18.5 stone) The 2XL is the perfect fit, a bit baggy in the shirt but better then the XL version, Pants were perfect, belts and Head band were the best. This is a top of the line costume

Great quality to the product, the Miyagi logo is embroidered and it looks more expensive than the price. The tenegui is black and white, the movie original is blue but who cares. Sizes for the pants run large (Med is probably 34-36), top is true to size. Material is a little stiff but throwing into a dryer for a few minutes with sheet softener might do the trick. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a a top quality costume. [...] price is reasonable.

I debated on this one or the Cobra Kai gi, but I can say I am very happy with the Karate Kid costume. I am 6'5" and I was pleasantly surprised the XL fit in the legs and arms. This is a very high quality uniform and the patch embroidery on the back is very nice for this price. The patch is not a perfect match to the movie one, but it is closer than anything else I have found. The only downside is that it is heavy duty and it can get a little warm, but a small price to pay to keep honor. Great costume!!!

The Karate Gi itself is good quality. As a costume, the patch on the back could have been a little better and it should have come with a black belt, not a white one. You'll also have to buy the head band separately which is no big deal as long as it is in stock.

The costume was a huge hit at a halloween party on the strip in Las Vegas. I went as Johnny from the Cobra Kai and my girlfriend went as the karate kid. I added a blond wig and black headband for Johnny. The costumes just needed to be washed and dried for comfort and they shrunk to the perfect size. The size chart helped a great deal because most costumes only come in xl. They will last forever and can be reused.
