The shoulders and very slender, so if you have wide shoulders get some safety pins to hold the back of the costume together. There are no pockets so you had better have a way to carry your cell phone and wallet (I cut a hole in the sleeve cuff and applied Velcro to hold it shut). Also there is no pee flap, so I again had to cut the crotch open and apply Velcro to keep my wiener inside. Other than the above comfort and accessibility complaints the costume rocked, surprisingly it was big hit with the ladies and it was fun to be as vulgar as I wanted all night.
